Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our product, feel free to contact us at MauveMLLC@gmail.com regarding any returns or refunds. 

All items must be in its original packaging and condition, and returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items. We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. To begin the return/exchange process, please send an email to MauveMLLC@gmail.com and include your order number, reason for requesting a(n) return/exchange, and also attach pictures if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Once your email is received, our team will review the request and will reply via email within 24-48 hours.
  3. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not mail your purchase back to the shipping address
  4. Once the item is received by our team, you will receive a confirmation email and the option to be refunded your original form of payment within 3-5 business days or a replacement item within 3-5 business days.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your tracking number states that your order was delivered, but you have not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. A validated claim ID from the local post office is required before a replacement can be requested. 

A 30% restocking fee is charged for most items.
